Forms of Collaboration
Developer Modifications
Modifications made at the construction or finishing stage of a flat or house, which the client can commission through the developer to customise the space to their individual needs.
These modifications may include the functional layout, installation plan, and interior design. This process allows the future owners to personalise the property before handover.
Conceptual Design
A limited form of collaboration focused on creating an overall vision of the space, without implementing detailed technical solutions. This provides an initial concept of what the interior may look like.
This approach is the perfect solution for clients seeking design inspiration or direction but who do not need full technical documentation or on-site supervision. Such a design saves both time and resources while providing a sound foundation for further work.
Comprehensive Project with Execution
The most advanced form of collaboration, covering a full range of services from conceptual design to project execution. As part of this service, I not only create the design but also coordinate and supervise all finishing work.
Pricing
The cost of services depends on the scope of work, the type and size of the space, and the project’s level of complexity. Each project is priced individually following an initial consultation.

Cooperation Stages
Initial Contact and Consultation
The first meeting where we discuss your needs and expectations and define the scope of work. This is when we set the primary objectives that will guide the later stages of the project.
Preliminary Stage
Once the proposal is accepted, work begins.
The first step involves conducting an architectural and construction survey of the existing space.
Then, we specify the design objectives. I gather information on room functions, the client’s lifestyle, their preferred colours and materials, and possible inspirations.
An important part of this stage is to discuss the project budget and available resources.
Conceptual Design
This is a crucial step, in which the concept for the entire project takes shape. At this point, I analyse the client’s needs, initially plan the space, and create the first ideas for the interior design. This is also when I develop the functional layout.
This stage involves both analytical and creative work, laying the foundation for subsequent project activities.
We preliminarily discuss material options, along with visual and technical solutions.
Visual Design
After completing the conceptual stage, we focus on the visual aspects and material selection. Specific finishing materials are chosen, and I suggest products that best align with the project’s goals. The choice of materials is consistent with the styling concept and meets functional requirements.
Executive Design
We then move on to creating a detailed executive design that includes all technical aspects. The complete project documentation includes technical drawings of the layout of partition walls, construction changes, electrical installation, plumbing, ceilings, and floors, among others.
I also provide descriptions and guidelines for contractors. The executive design includes information on materials, their quantities, and specifications.
Cost Estimate
The budget outline is based on the executive design and compiled quotations. It includes the estimated labour cost based on contractors’ offers.
Materials and Furnishings Purchase
Support with ordering and purchasing finishing materials and interior furnishings.
I provide comprehensive process coordination, from ordering to delivery.
Author’s Supervision
The key element in the interior design implementation process, involving direct oversight to ensure the project is executed according to its objectives.
We prepare a work schedule – a detailed action plan that outlines the order of the project stages. I conduct regular site visits, coordinate construction works, collaborate with contractors, and maintain ongoing communication with them.
